Our international capability and presence has evolved through years of development and continuing service improvement, such that Intact IS can offer a seamless global solution for the provision of services around Cisco Advanced Technologies.In order to meet the ever expanding needs of our Channel Partners, Intact are continuously assessing and evaluating new tools and services which we believe will add value to our portfolio. In addition we recognise that the ability to dynamically scale our resource requirements to meet the needs of our client base is a key consideration for Intact and this is facilitated via our partner resource ‘Eco-System’ - otherwise known as INSpan – Intact Service Partner Alliance Network.
Our INSpan partners are diligently selected, recruited and managed against the highest criteria, a process we refer to as “INSPect” which focuses not only on a potential partner’s technical, management and commercial expertise, but also their dedication to professionalism and customer focus. Each must demonstrate the same attributes and commitment to service delivery as those delivered via our internal systems and resources before being given the opportunity to partner with Intact. Post initial engagement, Intact then operate an ongoing Performance Monitoring and Development program for all partners, to maintain a consistent level of service based on KPI’s and open channels of communication.
