We are one of only a few companies in the UK able to give unequivocal responses to partners seeking quality, information security and IT service management credentials – backed by independent certification from BSI, a leading UKAS accredited organisation.
We reviewed every aspect of our business using these standards as the benchmark for best practice. Based on this, we implemented our initial comprehensive service improvement plan which continues to evolve and drive our business forward today. For example, our
International Support Office is responsible for the identification, management and deployment of all our resources, both internal and external and we apply the same degree of rigour and control demanded by our IMS certifications to both. The IMS provides the mechanism for diligently matching the right resource, precisely against the requirements of the opportunity and managing the engagement through to a successful and satisfactory conclusion.
The IMS and associated improvement plan enables us to realise our ambitions for excellence in all areas of our operation. It also gives our partners the confidence that we have the management, infrastructure and understanding to meet all of their requirements.
