Our global capability and presence has evolved through years of development and continuing service improvement, such that Intact IS offers a seamless global solution for the provision of services around multi-vendor Advanced Technologies.
In order to meet the ever expanding needs of our Channel Partners, Intact are continuously assessing and evaluating new tools and services which we believe will add value to our portfolio. In addition, we recognise that the ability to dynamically scale our resource requirements to meet the needs of our customers is a key consideration for Intact and this is facilitated via our partner resource ‘Eco-System’ – otherwise known as INspan – Intact Service Partner Alliance Network.
Our INspan partners are carefully selected, recruited and managed against a defined partner governance structure; a process we refer to as “INspect” which focuses on a potential partner’s technical, operational, management and commercial expertise, their depth and breadth of coverage in the country and also their commitment to professionalism and customer service excellence. Each partner must demonstrate the same attributes and commitment to these principles as demonstrated by our internal systems and resources before being given the opportunity to partner with Intact. Post initial engagement, Intact then operates an ongoing Performance Monitoring and Development program for all partners, to maintain a consistent level of service based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), regular reviews and open channels of communication.
