The INspect process is concerned with the identification of due diligence around the on-boarding, and continuous service improvement and management, of Intact’s INspan partners (Intact Service Partner Alliance Network)

The basis of the INspan approval process covers a number of areas relating to each organisation including:

•    Technical Ability
•    Operational Systems & Management Tools
•    Organisational Structure
•    Commercial Terms
•    Cultural Fit

INspect is also complimented by additional informal communication and project specific dialogue, providing the opportunity for relationship development and the exchange of best practice ideas and methodologies.

Becoming part of the INspan Eco-System partner community, culminates in an on-site audit, which concludes the induction process and this becomes the basis of a formal report, which is presented to Intact management for formal sign off.  Ongoing surveillance audits will be scheduled on a regular basis (at least annually), in order to maintain the relationship and capture any major developments.
