Core support services

We can provide a complete lifecycle service to our partners, ranging from initial engagement through to delivery.

Our partners can choose all or one of our core support services to meet their requirements:

Design and integration

We develop a detailed design document with our partner. This defines the technical blueprint for the solution, and includes commissioning and acceptance testing. It also documents the migration plan for installation at the customer premises.

Staging

The staging of the customer's solution within our laboratory allows for the equipment to be built, configured and tested prior to live implementation . This process reduces installation risk and any potential customer business outages.

Implementation

Hardware delivery for each site is arranged to meet the agreed timescales. An appropriate change control is arranged in advance, and the project team completes the installation as detailed in the migration plan.

Project management

We provide a project manager on all projects – no matter how small – to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality. This ensures that customer revenue and profit are maximised.

Break-fix services

Intact Integrated Services delivers high class maintenance services through a range of partners, supporting a diverse range of clients. These range from large, multi-site retail organisations, through complex advanced technology IP communications & security deployments, to carrier class national networks servicing millions of end users. The mission criticality of the networks and solutions we support is matched by the rigorous and robust systems and processes employed, and they benefit from personnel and logistics based from six sites in the UK, and from a network of Group Partners across the world.

Acceptance testing

Following installation, we test the equipment again. This ensures that the equipment functions correctly within the customer environment. All testing is completed before the equipment is brought into live service.

Training

We can provide packaged, classroom-based training, in conjunction with our partners.

Alternatively, we build tailored courses – for example, an engineering training course for technicians, focused on improving customer satisfaction and customer experience.
